Survivors, Patients, and Memorial Submission Forms:
All Inflammatory Breast Cancer patients can share their stories or just express encouragement to other IBC patients by using one of the submission forms below to create their own free Survivor or Patient website.

All loved ones of IBC patients who have succumbed to this disease may create a free personal Memorial Website for their loved one by using the submission form below.
IBC Survivors Stories and Submission Form:
Click on the underlined words to access the IBC Survivor Submission Form for the IBC Survivors Site for IBC Patients diagnosed five or more years ago - 1999 and previously. Oftentimes one of the first questions that a newly-diagnosed IBC patient will ask is: 'Are there any long-term survivors of IBC?' That is why it is so important to provide encouragement and hope to fellow IBC patients.

A Survivor may choose among a number of songs and hymns that include audio files to add to the encouragement that they want to express on their web site by clicking on the underlined words to select non-religious songs and religious songs. A person can choose more than one song and/or hymn.
